  1. المادة 1

    The director of the Environment Protection Department of the Dubai Municipality is hereby assigned the duty to prepare a template of the Medical Waste register prescribed by Article (6) of the Local Order.

  2. المادة 2

    The director of the Environment Protection Department of the Dubai Municipality will issue any instructions required for the implementation of the provisions of the Local Order and its Implementing Bylaw.

  3. المادة 3

    This Resolution comes into force on the effective date of Local Order No. (115) of 1997 Concerning Medical Waste Management in the Emirate of Dubai, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
