Административное постановление № (25) от 2025 года об утверждении руководств и протоколов осуществления медицинской деятельности и медицинских профессий в Эмирате Дубай

المادة 1

a. Pursuant to this Resolution, the following are approved: 1. the Manual for Licensing Healthcare Facilities; 2. the Manual for Licensing Healthcare Professionals; and 3. the Protocol for Practising Healthcare Activities and Professions. b. The Manuals and Protocol referred to in paragraph (a) of this Article, inclusive of the technical requirements, conditions, and standards set forth therein, together with any updates or amendments thereto, will be published on the DHA's digital platforms.

المادة 2

The Chief Executive Officer of the Health Regulation Sector of the DHA is hereby vested with the power to periodically review, update, and amend the Manuals and Protocol referred to in Article (1) of this Resolution; and to publish the same on the DHA's digital platforms.

المادة 3

All Healthcare Facilities and Professionals must comply with the Manuals and Protocol referred to in Article (1) of this Resolution, as may be updated or amended from time to time; and must take the necessary action to implement the same.

المادة 4

Any provision in any other administrative resolutions, manuals, or instructions is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution or the attached Manual and Protocol.

المادة 5

This Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
