Указ № (12) от 2006 года о передаче определенных функций и ответственности от Муниципалитета Дубая Управлению дорог и транспорта

المادة 1

Pursuant to this Decree, all the responsibilities and powers of the Dubai Municipality, in relation to managing, regulating, licensing, and controlling advertisements displayed on the rights of way and streets in the Emirate of Dubai, are transferred to the Roads and Transport Authority. In exercising these duties and powers, the Roads and Transport Authority must comply with the requirements, rules, and standards stipulated in Local Order No. (30) of 1986 Concerning Control of Advertisements in the Emirate of Dubai and its Implementing Bylaw.

المادة 2

Pursuant to this Decree, all the responsibilities, powers, and duties related to road and street landscaping are transferred to the Roads and Transport Authority in accordance with the standards and requirements adopted by the Horticulture and Landscaping Division at the General Projects Department of the Dubai Municipality. This division will be responsible for maintaining all landscape features implemented by the Roads and Transport Authority.

المادة 3

The Roads and Transport Authority will have the right to transfer to its employment, as it deems appropriate, any employee of the Advertising Section or the Landscaping and Horticulture Division of the Dubai Municipality; or appoint new employees according to work requirements.

المادة 4

Any provision in any other resolution or legislation will be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree.

المادة 5

This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
