المادة 1
The title “His Excellency” shall be conferred on Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Shaibani, Director General of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai’s Court.
المادة 2
This Decree shall come into force on the day on which it is issued and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
