    Article (2) of the above-mentioned Decree No. (3) of 2022 is hereby superseded by the following: Formation of the FMLEC Article (2) Pursuant to this Decree, a permanent committee named the “Financial Markets Law Enforcement Committee in the Emirate of Dubai” is formed. The members of the FMLEC will be appointed pursuant to a resolution issued by the Ruler.

    This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
