  1. المادة 1

    Pursuant to this Decree, the Cultural Foundation, established under the above-mentioned Decree No. (8) of 2004, is dissolved.

  2. المادة 2

    The American School of Dubai hereby succeeds to all rights and obligations of the Cultural Foundation. All assets, funds, and property of the Cultural Foundation, including real estate, movable assets, equipment, and devices, will devolve to the American School of Dubai.

  3. المادة 3

    The American School of Dubai must coordinate with the concerned government entities, in particular the Community Development Authority in Dubai and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, to take the necessary measures to register the school in their records. The school must also provide any data and information required by these entities and comply with the legal requirements and procedures prescribed by the applicable legislation.

  4. المادة 4

    The above-mentioned Decree No. (8) of 2004 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree.

  5. المادة 5

    This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
