Декрет № (9) от 2025 года об определении компетентного государственного органа Эмирата Дубай для целей реализации Федерального закона Декретом № (50) от 2023 года, регулирующим организации общественной пользы

المادة 1

The CDA is hereby designated as the competent Government Entity in the Emirate of Dubai responsible for exercising all the functions, powers, and responsibilities assigned to the competent Local Government Entities under the above-mentioned Federal Law and the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof. The CDA's mandate will include the licensing, oversight, and supervision of the Public-benefit Organisations licensed to conduct any of the Public-benefit Activities.

المادة 2

The Chairman of the Executive Council may, upon the recommendation of the CDA and in accordance with the relevant rules he prescribes, delegate any of the CDA’s powers to any public or private entity to act as the competent Local Government Entity in charge of implementing the provisions of the Federal Law.

المادة 3

All Government Entities and non-government entities, including Public-benefit Organisations, must fully cooperate with the CDA; comply with its directives on all matters related to the implementation of the Federal Law; provide it with the data, information, statistics, documents, and studies it requests to enable it to exercise its duties and powers under applicable legislation; and coordinate with the competent federal government entities on all matters related to the implementation of the Federal Law and the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof.

المادة 4

Any provision in any other legislation is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree.

المادة 5

This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
