Резолюция Исполнительного совета №20 от 2005 года о принятии использования электронного обмена сообщениями между департаментами, корпорациями и органами власти Правительства Дубая

المادة 1

Effective as of 1 September 2006, Electronic Messaging is hereby adopted as a method of official correspondence amongst Government of Dubai departments, corporations, and authorities; and between these entities and the public.

المادة 2

To be adopted as official correspondence, an Electronic Message must bear an Electronic Signature approved by the competent entity at His Highness the Ruler's Court.

المادة 3

The Government Resources Planning Department of His Highness the Ruler's Court will manage the Electronic Messaging project and will take the necessary actions to implement this project across all Government departments, corporations, and authorities. These actions include: 1. creating a central directory of the electronic addresses of the employees of the Government of Dubai and the entities involved in the project; 2. creating and approving the Electronic Signatures of the employees of the Government of Dubai and the entities involved in this project; and 3. providing a central storage facility for maintaining and archiving Government official Electronic Correspondence.

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
