المادة 1
Non-UAE national patients and their sponsors will be liable to pay all fees, costs, and charges, prescribed in the relevant legislation in force, for health services provided by the hospitals, centres, clinics, and laboratories affiliated to the Dubai Health Authority.
المادة 2
Any provision in any other legislation will be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.
المادة 3
This Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
