The following entities are hereby made subject to the above-mentioned Decree No. (46) of 2022: 1. the Financial Audit Authority; 2. the Expo City Dubai Authority; 3. the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority; 4. the Dubai Maritime Authority; 5. the Dubai Ports Authority; 6. the National Industries Park; 7. the Dubai World Central Corporation; 8. the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children; 9. the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation; 10. the Professional Communication Corporation (Nedaa); 11. the UAE Water Aid Foundation (Suqia); 12. the UAE Food Bank Foundation; 13. the Dubai Supply Authority; 14. the Dubai Petroleum Establishment; 15. the Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award; 16. the Dubai Chambers; and 17. the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.

This Resolution comes into force on 1 January 2026, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
