  1. المادة 1

    The title “Executive Director” is hereby replaced by “Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors”, and the name “Board of Directors” is hereby replaced by “Board of Executive Directors”, wherever mentioned in the above-mentioned Law No. (17) of 2005 and in any other legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai.

    Article (9) of the above-mentioned Law No. (17) of 2005 is hereby superseded by the following: Article (9) The RTA will have a Board of Executive Directors comprised of the Director General and the chief executive officers of the agencies and sectors affiliated to the RTA. The Board of Executive Directors will be appointed pursuant to a decree of the Ruler.

    This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
