المادة 1
Paragraph (4) of Article (86) of the Original Local Order is hereby amended to read as follows: 1. impounding the vehicles that are in violation of the rules on the environment and public hygiene stipulated herein; and selling these vehicles at public auction in accordance with the relevant procedures adopted by the DM.
المادة 2
The following local orders are hereby excluded from the list of repealed local orders attached to the Original Local Order; and will continue in force to the extent that they do not contradict its provisions. 1. Local Order No. (40) of 1989 Concerning the Requirements Prescribed for Imported and Locally Manufactured Organic Fertilisers; 2. Local Order No. (69) of 1992 Amending Local Order No. (40) of 1989; and 3. Local Order No. (59) of 1990 Concerning the Requirements Prescribed for Chemical Fertiliser Warehouses and Organic Fertiliser Plants in the Emirate of Dubai.
المادة 3
This Order will form an integral part of the Original Local Order and will be read therewith.
المادة 4
This Order comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
