    Commercial Establishments licensed under the legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai to conduct commercial and business activities are hereby exempted from the requirement to pay the cash security deposit stipulated in Article (9) of the above-mentioned Local Order No. (114) of 1997.

    This Order will form an integral part of the above-mentioned Local Order No. (114) of 1997 and will be read therewith.

  3. المادة 3

    This Order comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
