  1. المادة 1

    The fees indicated opposite each of the services stated in the Schedule attached hereto, and approved by Us, will apply.

  2. المادة 2

    Local Order No. (49) of 1990 Prescribing the Fees for the Services Provided by the Sections of the Planning Department of the Dubai Municipality is hereby repealed. All previously issued orders, resolutions, and regulations are also hereby repealed to the extent that they contradict its provisions.

  3. المادة 3

    The Director General of the Dubai Municipality will issue any resolutions or instructions required for the implementation of this Order.

  4. المادة 4

    This Order will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the first day of the month following its issuance.
