  1. المادة 1

    As of the effective date of this Resolution, the DHA will be exclusively vested with the power to implement the provisions of the Law, and the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof, within the DHCC.

  2. المادة 2

    The DHCC Authority must fully cooperate with the DHA to enable it to perform its functions within the DHCC under the Law and the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof.

  3. المادة 3

    The above-mentioned Resolution No. (8) of 2015 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.

  4. المادة 4

    This Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
