Administrative Resolution No. (13) of 2026 Approving the Quality Framework for Early Childhood Care and Education

المادة 1

Pursuant to this Resolution, the Quality Framework for Early Childhood Care and Education (the “Framework”) published on the KHDA’s official website, inclusive of all the standards, requirements, and guidelines set out therein, is approved.

المادة 2

The Framework approved under this Resolution applies to all Persons authorised by the KHDA to conduct the Early Childhood Care and Education Activity in the Emirate of Dubai.

المادة 3

The Education Quality Assurance and Compliance Agency of the KHDA will regularly review the Framework approved hereunder; and submit recommendations for its update or amendment to the Director General to issue the relevant directives as he deems appropriate. These updates and amendments must be published on the KHDA’s official website.

المادة 4

This Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
