FAQ
Is the public Q&A library really free?
Yes. The cited library, browsing and lead routing are free for everyone. Asking the AI is free too — 3 questions a day, with or without an account. Pro (launching soon) raises that to 20 a day.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; you keep Pro access until then. Within 7 days of your first payment you can request a full refund.
Where will my Vault data be stored?
When Vault launches, files will be kept in Supabase Storage in AWS Tokyo (ap-northeast-1), where our database also lives. Each user's files are isolated to that user's account and encrypted with strong industry-standard encryption.
Are the documents legally binding?
Document templates aren't live yet — they're coming soon as part of Pro. Once available, they'll still be templates: every generated document will need lawyer review before signing or filing.
