Is the public Q&A library really free?
Yes. The cited, lawyer-reviewed Tier C library, browsing, asking, and lead routing are free for everyone.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; you keep Pro access until then. Within 7 days of initial subscription you're entitled to a full prorated refund.
Where is my Vault data stored?
In Supabase Storage (currently AWS Bahrain me-south-1) under a private bucket with RLS-enforced per-user access. Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Are the documents legally binding?
Document templates are templates. They require lawyer review before signing or filing — see the disclaimer baked into every generated document.
