Is the public Q&A library really free?
Yes. The cited, lawyer-reviewed library, browsing, asking, and lead routing are free for everyone.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; you keep Pro access until then. Within 7 days of your first payment you can request a full refund.
Where will my Vault data be stored?
When Vault launches, files will be kept in our AWS Bahrain region (me-south-1). Each user's files are isolated to that user's account and encrypted with strong industry-standard encryption.
Are the documents legally binding?
Document templates are templates. They require lawyer review before signing or filing — see the disclaimer baked into every generated document.
