Administrative Resolution No. (138) of 2025 Approving the Fees for the Reservation of Spaces at Al Safa Library

المادة 1

a. Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees for the reservation of spaces at Al Safa Library, as set out in the Schedule attached hereto, are approved. b. The value added tax prescribed by the tax legislation in force in the United Arab Emirates will be added to the fees approved under this Resolution.

المادة 2

The proceeds arising from the fee collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

المادة 3

The Director of the Public Libraries Department at the Arts, Design, and Literature Sector must, in coordination with the concerned organisational units within the DCAA, take the required action for the implementation of this Resolution.

المادة 4

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
