Administrative Resolution No. (139) of 2025 Approving the Fee for the Reservation of the Etihad Museum Outdoor Area

المادة 1

a. Pursuant to this Resolution, a fee of twenty thousand dirhams (AED 20,000.00) per day is approved for the reservation of the Etihad Museum Outdoor Area. b. The value added tax prescribed by the tax legislation in force in the United Arab Emirates will be added to the fee approved under this Resolution.

المادة 2

The fee paid in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution will be refunded if the customer requests cancellation of the reservation before the scheduled date. However, the following percentages will be deducted from the total reservation fee: 1. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total reservation fee will be deducted if the cancellation is made two (2) working days before the scheduled date. 2. Ten percent (10%) of the total reservation fee will be deducted if the cancellation is made between three (3) and seven (7) working days before the scheduled date. 3. An amount of one hundred dirhams (AED 100.00) will be deducted if the cancellation is made more than seven (7) working days before the scheduled date.

المادة 3

The proceeds arising from the fee collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

المادة 4

The Director of the Etihad Museum at the Museums and Heritage Sector must, in coordination with the concerned organisational units within the DCAA, take the required action for the implementation of this Resolution.

المادة 5

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
