Administrative Resolution No. (152) of 2025 Approving Fees for the Reservation of Study Rooms in Public Libraries

المادة 1

a. Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees for the reservation of study rooms in Public Libraries, as set out in the Schedule attached hereto, are approved. b. The value added tax prescribed by the tax legislation in force in the United Arab Emirates will be added to the fees approved under this Resolution. c. Where the reservation period for a study room in a Public Library, as specified in the Schedule attached to this Resolution, expires, an extension may be requested by submitting a new reservation request and paying the prescribed reservation fee.

المادة 2

The proceeds arising from the collection of fees under this Resolution will be paid into the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

المادة 3

The Director of the Public Libraries Department at the Arts, Design, and Literature Sector must, in coordination with the concerned organisational units of the DCAA, take the required action for the implementation of this Resolution.

المادة 4

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
