Administrative Resolution No. (258) of 2024 Approving the Fees for Booking Halls and Reserving Spaces at the Etihad Museum

المادة 1

a. Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees for booking halls and reserving spaces at the Etihad Museum, as set out in the Schedule attached hereto, are approved. b. The value added tax prescribed by the tax legislation in force in the United Arab Emirates will be added to the fees approved under this Resolution.

المادة 2

Where a customer requests the cancellation of a reservation prior to the scheduled date, the amount paid pursuant to this Resolution will be refunded, subject to the following percentage deductions from the total fee paid: 1. twenty-five percent (25%) of the total reservation fee, where the cancellation is made two (2) working days in advance; 2. ten percent (10%) of the total reservation fee, where the cancellation is made between three (3) and seven (7) working days in advance; and 3. a fixed amount of one thousand dirhams (AED 1,000.00), where the cancellation is made more than seven (7) working days in advance.

المادة 3

The fee proceeds collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

المادة 4

The Chief Executive Officer of the Museums and Heritage Sector must, in coordination with the concerned organisational units at the DCAA, take the required action for the implementation of this Resolution.

المادة 5

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
