Administrative Resolution No. (259) of 2024 Approving the Fees for Workshops and Training Courses Held at the Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children

المادة 1

a. Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees for the workshops and training courses held at the Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children, as set out in the Schedule attached hereto, are approved. b. The value added tax (VAT) prescribed by the tax legislation in force in the United Arab Emirates will be added to the fees approved under this Resolution. c. The fees for the workshops and training courses held at the Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children may be reduced by up to thirty percent (30%) per person, in such cases as may be determined by the DCAA.

المادة 2

The proceeds of the fees collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

المادة 3

The Chief Executive Officer of the Arts, Design, and Literature Sector must, in coordination with the concerned organisational units at the DCAA, take the required action for the implementation of this Resolution.

المادة 4

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
