Decree No. (12) of 2010 Transferring the Ownership of Land to the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation

المادة 1

a. The ownership of the following land plots, together with all rights and obligations attached thereto, is hereby transferred to the AMAF: 1. Plot No. (214 - 909), Al Garhoud; 2. Plot No. (247 - 387), Al Qusais Industrial Area Fourth; 3. Plot No. (245 - 232), Al Muhaisnah Fourth; 4. Plot No. (245 - 250), Al Muhaisnah Fourth; 5. Plot No. (245 - 262), Al Muhaisnah Fourth; 6. Plot No. (245 - 269), Al Muhaisnah Fourth; 7. Plot No. (251 - 4697), Mirdif; 8. Plot No. (359 - 958), Al Quoz Fourth; 9. Plot No. (359 - 668), Al Quoz Fourth; and 10. Plot No. (359 - 881), Al Quoz Fourth. b. The land plots referred to in paragraph (a) of this Article will be registered in the name of the AMAF as Endowments.

المادة 2

The Land Department, the Dubai Municipality, and all other concerned Government entities must take the action required for the implementation of the provisions of this Decree.

المادة 3

This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
