Decree No. (21) of 2025 Forming the Dubai Council for the Security of Ports of Entry and Borders

المادة 1

a. The DCSPEB is hereby formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and with the membership of: 1. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, as Vice Chairman; 2. Mr. Ahmed Mohammed bin Thani, as Member; 3. a representative from the Dubai Police, as Member; 4. a representative from the Dubai Customs Department, as Member; 5. a representative from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, as Member; 6. a representative from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, as Member; 7. a representative from the Dubai Airports Corporation, as Member; 8. a representative from the Dubai Air Navigation Services Corporation, as Member; 9. a representative from the Dubai Maritime Authority, as Member; 10. a representative from the Dubai Digital Authority, as Member; 11. a representative from the Dubai Municipality, as Member; and 12. the Secretary General of the DCSPEB, as Member. b. The representatives of the entities mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article will be nominated by the officials in charge of these entities.

This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
