Decree No. (65) of 2024 Transferring the Ownership of a Land Plot to the Dubai Academic Health Institution

المادة 1

The ownership of Land Plot No. 3262949, located in Al Jaddaf area, on which Al Jalila Children's Speciality Hospital is constructed is hereby transferred from the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (the "DHCA") to the DAHI. This land plot will be registered in the name of the DAHI as a grant from the Government of Dubai.

المادة 2

All rights and obligations of the DHCA in respect of the land plot referred to in Article (1) hereof and in any constructions thereon are hereby transferred to the DAHI.

المادة 3

The above-mentioned Decree No. (30) of 2016 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree.

This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
