Dubai Chambers Board of Directors Resolution No. (9) of 2024 Approving Fees and Charges for the Services Provided by the Dubai Chambers

المادة 1

Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees and charges for the services provided by the Dubai Chambers, as stated in Schedules (1) and (2) attached hereto, are approved.

المادة 2

a. Where an establishment withdraws its application for obtaining an ATA Carnet after the application is approved by the Dubai Chambers and before completion of the ATA Carnet issuance process, that establishment will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of the fee prescribed under Schedule (1) attached hereto. b. The fee for issuing an ATA Carnet paid by an applicant will not be refunded where the establishment withdraws its application after the ATA Carnet issuance process is completed by the Dubai Chambers.

المادة 3

The fees and charges collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Dubai Chambers.

المادة 4

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
