المادة 1

Article (2) of the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (29) of 2022 is hereby superseded by the following: Article (2) Pursuant to this Resolution, a permanent committee named the “Steering Committee of the Savings Fund for the Non-UAE National Employees Working in the Emirate of Dubai” is formed in the Emirate of Dubai under the chairmanship of the Secretary General of the Executive Council and the membership of: 1. the Director General of the Department of Finance; 2. the Governor of the Dubai International Financial Centre; 3. the Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department; 4. the Director General of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department; 5. the Secretary General of the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai; and 6. a representative from the General Secretariat, to be nominated by the Chairman of the Steering Committee.

المادة 2

All the resolutions passed by the Steering Committee from 1 April 2024 until the effective date of this Resolution are hereby deemed valid.

المادة 3

Article (8) of the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (29) of 2022 is hereby repealed.

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
