Executive Council Resolution No. (12) of 2025 Concerning the Provision of Accommodation for Workers Employed at Establishments in the Emirate of Dubai

المادة 1

Establishments licensed by the concerned commercial licensing authority in the Emirate that employ fifty (50) or more Workers whose Wage is two thousand dirhams (AED 2,000.00) or less must provide accommodation for those workers.

المادة 2

All Establishments to which this Resolution applies must comply with its provisions within a period not exceeding one (1) year from its effective date. The Executive Council may, where necessary, extend this period once for the same period.

المادة 3

This Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force ninety (90) days after the date of its publication.
