Executive Council Resolution No. (19) of 2010 Approving the Fees and Fines Prescribed by the Traffic Toll Law of the Emirate of Dubai

المادة 1

Vehicle Owners whose vehicles pass through Traffic Toll Gates in one direction will pay the fees prescribed in Schedule (1) attached hereto.

المادة 2

a. A Vehicle Owner who commits any of the violations stipulated in Schedule (2) attached hereto will be punished by the fine indicated opposite that violation. b. Upon repetition of the same violation within one (1) year from the date of the previous violation, the amount of the fine referred to in item (1) of Schedule (2) attached hereto will be doubled no more than three (3) times a year.

المادة 3

The above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (17) of 2006 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other resolution will also be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.

المادة 4

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
