المادة 1
Pursuant to this Resolution, fees for the following Public Health services charged by the Dubai Municipality under items (23), (24), and (64) of Schedule (5) attached to the above-mentioned Local Order No. (11) of 2003 as amended, are abolished: 1. issuing a permit for burial or cremation of the body of a non-Muslim; 2. transporting the body of a deceased person from or to the Dubai International Airport or to any other location within the UAE; and 3. diagnosis of a pest sample.

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
