Executive Council Resolution No. (87) of 2025 Approving the Fees and Fines Related to District Cooling Services in the Emirate of Dubai

المادة 1

The words and expressions mentioned in this Resolution will have the same meaning assigned to them in the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (6) of 2021.

المادة 2

Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees set out in Schedule (1) attached hereto for Permits to provide District Cooling Services and Billing Services, and for the provision of all other related services, are approved.

المادة 3

The Schedule of Violations and Fines attached to the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (6) of 2021 is hereby superseded by Schedule (2) attached to this Resolution.

المادة 4

The fees and fines collected pursuant to this Resolution are to be paid to the Public Treasury Account of the Government of Dubai.

المادة 5

Any provision in any other resolution is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.

المادة 6

This Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
