المادة 1
a. A departure fee of seventy-five dirhams (AED 75.00) will be collected from every passenger departing the United Arab Emirates through Dubai airports. b. The following categories are hereby exempted from payment of the fee referred to in paragraph (a) of this Article: 1. passengers below the age of two (2) years; 2. on-duty pilots and cabin crew; 3. transit passengers whose arrival and departure flight number is the same ; and 4. transfer passengers whose final destination is not the United Arab Emirates and whose departure is within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of arrival.
المادة 2
Airlines operating in Dubai airports will be responsible for collecting the fee referred to in Article (1) of this Law upon issuing air tickets to customers within or outside of the United Arab Emirates. The airlines must transfer the proceeds generated from collecting such a fee to the Corporation, in accordance with the processes, procedures, and time frames stipulated in the document stating the conditions for using airports, as adopted by the Corporation in this respect.

The fee collected pursuant to this Law will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.
المادة 4
The Chairman of the Executive Council is hereby vested with the power to change the fee referred to in Article (1) of this Law and the scope of its application upon the recommendation of the Department of Finance.
المادة 5
a. This Law supersedes the above-mentioned Law No. (3) of 2004. b. Any provision in any other legislation is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Law.
المادة 6
This Law will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
