Resolution No. (35) of 2025 Concerning the Fees, Violations, and Fines Relating to Law No. (5) of 2025 Concerning Public Health in the Emirate of Dubai

المادة 1

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Law, each entity in charge of implementing its provisions must: 1. in implementing the Law, continue to apply the schedules of fees, violations, and fines approved for that entity prior to the effective date of the Law, including the schedules of fees, violations, and fines attached to the above-mentioned Local Order No. (11) of 2003 and Administrative Resolution No. (30) of 2007; and 2. finalise the drafting of the schedules of fees, violations, and fines relating to the Law; and have the same approved by the Chairman of the Executive Council in accordance with the applicable legislation no later than 30 June 2026.

This Resolution comes into force on the effective date of the Law, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
